your personal data and/or selecting answers from the fields with
pull-down menus. To move between fields, press the TAB key or click
your mouse in the next field.
Be sure to complete all of the required fields. Note that the form
now includes spaces to complete your Ranking Factors as well as
your Residency Preference information.
You may save the form to your personal computer or on a disk at
any time.
To apply for a specific position, print the form, sign the form,
and mail it to the address listed at the bottom of the vacancy announcement.

as an attachment to the email address you entered in Section 2,
“Personal Data.” You can then save the attachment on
your personal computer or on a disk and print out the form.
