The City Administrator's Office has lifted the freeze on monetary awards. Agencies may now submit recommendations for monetary incentive awards to be paid out with FY 2003 funds. All submissions must arrive at the DCOP Performance Management Unit, One Judiciary Square, Suite 836 South, by July 28, 2003. Late submissions will not be accepted.

District Personnel Manual Chapter 19, "Incentive Awards," has been updated to enhance the efficiency of the Incentive Awards Program. It includes more specific eligibility criteria; new recommendation forms; and a new review committee, the DC Incentive Awards committee.
