Open Enrollment is a time to reevaluate personal and family health insurance requirements, to continue or change your coverage options as needed, to enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts for dependent care and/or health care, and to enroll in the Short-Term Disability Insurance program.

DCOP will host several benefits fairs at a variety of DC government offices throughout open enrollment season to give you the opportunity to ask questions about the different health care providers, flexible spending accounts, and short-term disability insurance. Representatives will also be on hand to answer your questions about the 529 DC College Savings Plan.
