Non-Union Employees Receive 2.5% Increase for FY 2004

Effective October 5, 2003, certain Career Service, Excepted Service, and Management Supervisory Service employees received a 2.5 percent salary increase.

These increases apply only to:

  • Career Service and Excepted Service employees not covered by collective bargaining, and who are at grade levels DS-15 or equivalent and below; and
     
  • Management Supervisory Service employees not covered by collective bargaining, and who are at grade levels MS-14 or equivalent and below.

This increase is not applicable to employees of the District of Columbia Board of Education and the Board of Trustees of the University of the District of Columbia.
