Compensation Units 1 and 2

The Labor-Management Classification and Compensation Reform Task Force, comprised of labor and management leaders, has reached agreement on changes to pay progression for employees in Compensation Units 1 and 2, the first significant change to the District's classification and compensation systems. These changes took effect on June 29, 2003.
