  • Shows a lack of attention to detail.

3 - Meets Expectations

  • Maintains an excellent record of attendance/punctuality.
  • Keeps promises and commitments.
  • Consistently completes projects accurately and on time.
  • Is very thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.

5 - Significantly Exceeds Expectations

  • Always willing to assist others.
  • Can be counted on to complete projects and assignments despite time constraints.
  • Plans absences in advance.
