1 - Does Not Meet Expectations

• Does not demonstrate regard for the value of District resources or how to use them efficiently.
• Unable to complete assigned projects within budget and fails to gain approval when project exceeds budget.
• Wastes District resources and makes no attempt to conserve them.

3 - Meets Expectations

• Conserves District resources and uses them efficiently (e.g., supplies, equipment, vehicles, uniforms, technology)
• Consistently completes all assigned projects within budget and gains approval if project will exceed budget.

5 - Significantly Exceeds Expectations

• Finds creative ways to conserve and use limited resources.
• Helps educate others on the value and conservation of resources.
• Completes every assigned project within budget, and in the rare case that a project will exceed budget, shows responsibility by gaining approval from the proper channels for the extended resource(s).
