Performance Management

DCOP has an ongoing commitment to encourage employee development, promote fairness, and support the District's strategic goals and objectives. To help realize this commitment, there are two employee performance programs: the Performance Management Program, instituted in 2000 and automated in 2001, and the Performance Evaluation System, which began in 1979.
